We source products from manufacturers worldwide so depending on the item shipping times may be longer than normal for standard shipping. We will insure that you are provided tracking and an accurate date that you will receive your products. In the event of a delay in delivery we will double our efforts to hold the shipping company responsible.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event that you did not receive the item that you ordered or your product arrived broken, defective or otherwise damaged, we will refund your payment if we cannot make good on the purchase.
